Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Shopr collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Each Shopr product will have its own privacy notice before it launches.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, company, whether you're a shopper or a business, the products you're interested in and the page you signed up from.
- Messages: the name, email, company, topic and message you send through a contact or application form.
- Abuse prevention: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, stored with your submission so we can limit spam. We don't store the IP address itself.
We don't use advertising trackers, sell personal data or share it with data brokers. This website sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for Shopr staff using the admin area.
How we use it
- To send you invitations and launch news for the products you asked about.
- To reply to your messages and applications.
- To understand interest in each product so we can decide what to build first.
Where it's stored
The site is hosted by Vercel and submissions are stored in a database operated by Turso. Both act as our service providers and process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until the products you asked about launch or until you ask us to remove you, and messages for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To make a request, contact us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and tell waitlist members about any important changes by email.
